Equipped with a gas flow meter, nitrogen gas can be introduced at high temperatures (≥800°C) to maintain the pressure inside the furnace (100-1000 Pa).
It features dual pressure detection and protection with positive pressure (≤0.1 MPa) and negative pressure, and is equipped with audible and visual alarms.
Water cooling system:
304 stainless steel double-layer water-cooled furnace body, with flanges at the inlet and outlet ports.
Equipped with a 3P water-cooling unit, it features water cut-off protection and emergency cooling functions.
Furnace structure:
It is made of 304 stainless steel and has a side-opening furnace door.
CNC machining, surface treatment is corrosion-resistant, and the furnace shell temperature is ≤ 45°C (with water cooling).
